This is just another tragic example of how state violence escalates under the guise of "counter-terrorism," while ordinary people pay the price. Both India and Pakistan's governments use these confrontations to distract from their own domestic issues and justify military spending, instead of actually addressing the root causes of conflict. Civilian casualties are always brushed aside, as if they're just collateral damage in the bigger game of regional power. The international calls for "restraint" feel pretty hollow when the global powers are the same ones fueling arms sales and backing these governments.
Once again, India attacks our soil under the false pretext of "terror camps"—Pakistan must stand united and defend our sovereignty against this blatant aggression!

India finally shows the world we won’t sit back and let terrorism from across the border go unpunished—glad our government is taking bold action to protect our people, no matter what the international community says.
Honestly, as an Indian, I think our government did the right thing with these strikes. For years, we've tolerated cross-border terrorism and lost countless innocent lives—enough is enough. We can't just keep turning the other cheek while Pakistan-based terror groups attack our people and our soldiers. Of course, global leaders are going to ask for "restraint," but where was this advice when we were suffering from terror attacks? It's easy for outsiders to call for peace when they're not the ones getting bombed or losing loved ones. No one wants escalation, but strong action was overdue to send a message that India won't be pushed around. Hopefully, this will make Pakistan think twice before harbouring and supporting terrorists on their soil.
